Tell us a little about your piece?

I wanted my piece to depict my holiday feelings. For me, the holidays are filled with peace and a time to be surrounded by love, family & friends. The Dove is the quintessential symbol of peace and is surrounded by beautiful holiday greenery.

What was the most challenging part of the brief?

I found it challenging to work with only four colors. I am used to working with my own painted paper, where I have unlimited colors, shades & hues.

What part of the collaboration did you enjoy the most?

The most difficult part of this challenge was also my most favorite. Working with a limited color palette allowed my work to have a slightly different visual ...and I am very happy with the results.

How did you enjoy working with the paper sent?

I love this Paper! I found it very easy to manipulate with both the cutting and adding tiny, painted details.
