Tell us a little about your piece?

the design was based on the colour, turquoise always makes me think of tropical sea, and this colour is so bright that it instantly made me imagine a graceful jellyfish swimming along.

What was the most challenging part of the brief?

Working with a single colour is challenging for me, but I really enjoyed finding my way around it, I love brights and this was a great opportunity to adapt the project to the colour rather than the other way around.

What part of the brief did you enjoy the most?

I loved the element of surprise in this project, receiving something and then wondering what you can do with it, was really fun. I also really enjoyed giving movement to my piece, making the jellyfish look like its gracefully dancing and twirling it's tentacles under the water.
