Tell us a little about your piece?

I was inspired by frozen bubbles of methane trapped beneath Alberta’s Lake Abraham in Canada and wanted to show beautiful deep purple colour of amethyst paper with the help of depth and layers of paper circles.

What was the most challenging part of the brief?

Overall was very easy to work with Colorplan paper only one difficult I had when I took pictures of finished paper sculpture. It was hard to catch the actual colour of paper.

What part of the brief did you enjoy the most?

I enjoyed to work with thick and good quality paper. It cuts easily and stay strong. Perfect for paper sculptures I make.
