Tell us a little about your piece?
I decided to make a collage inspired by optic art.
The space was divided into four symmetric areas with the shape of the circle broken into fours squares.
What was the most challenging part of the brief?
For sure the colours! Black, white and grey are usually considered as non-colors and I am used to working with very bright and vivid colour palette. This time I was forced to go out of my comfort zone and try to do something interesting and honestly I’m very happy with my final result.
What part of the brief did you enjoy the most?
The fact that it was open to interpretation! We got the colours and the letter assigned but then we were free to chose how to use them.
How did you enjoy working with Senses Paper?
I really enjoyed to work with Senses Paper. The weight (120 gsm) was very useful for my collage, and it was easy to cut and paste even little piece.
Colour 1: Lace White 120gsm
Colour 2: Dreadnought Silver 120gsm
Colour 3: Dartmouth Blue 120gsm
